The Corporation records from the Secretary of State's database are
available on-line or in a bulk format. Individual records are
available at no charge. On-line multiple record information is
available for a fee determined by the number of records retrieved
and can be ordered using a major credit card. Certified
documents can also be ordered on-line using a major credit card or as a
GeorgiaNet customer. The entire database is available on cd rom.
The database has been updated through
November 30.
